At Loving Tan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the Return Authorization form inside the parcel before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
